1 to 5 up to 1 to 50 ( ratio mixed with Fresh Water ) all depending on type of soil to be removed.
In some cases it may be necessary to apply the RXSOL-20-3018-210 even undiluted. A typical example is when trying to remove black colour pigments (pitch) of Green Delayed Pet coke from painted hold surface.
Method of Application and Doses :- 1st of all by stripping suction removes all possible oil (greasy materials). This will helps to save required qty of cleaner. For tough cleaning May be brushed on, sprayed (Hand spray) Solution.
1 Cleaning with washing machines. Dose rate: 0.3-5 ltr per ton wash water (0.03-0.5%).
2 Spot cleaning. Hand sprayed neat or diluted up to 1-10 parts water and left for about 15-20 minutes before washing off.

Aquaclean HD is alkaline specialized ship cargo hold cleaning alkaline product, which is effectively cleans and remove stains of petcoke, coal, and others oily cargo. RXSOL-20-3018-020 Mixture of Emulsifier, new technology surfactants ( With high solvency and emulsification effect ) , Corrosion inhibitors, Rust preventive and acts as superior quality alkaline cleaner/degreaser.
Remember, not to use a stronger mixture than necessary for the problem to be solved, as this may affect the lifetime of the paint.
Note: Depends up on the type of hold paint, the last cargo and the requirements of the next cargo and/or the vessel’s main trade,
This product is very useful when any barrier or release agents were not applied prior to loading.
Recommendation stock on board ::: 100 to 250 litres per cargo hold, all depending on size of the hold, the dilution with fresh water and the application method.
