<strong>Diisopropanolamine is a neutralization agent for anionic stabilized resins</strong>. It is suitable for waterborne stoving enamels based on polyesters, alkyds and acrylic resins (secondary dispersions). DIPA additionally supports the film forming of stoving enamels.</div>
