Application

It is used for determination of blood sugar by Folin Wu's method. a) Deproteinisation: 1)Take 1 ml blood in a test tube. 2)Add 7 ml distilled water and 1 ml of 0.6 N H2SO4 and mix well.</p>
Using Procedure
