Super Plasticizer FlowMaster Concrete is utilized to provide high workability to cement or aggregate mix without adding extra water. It assists in improving retention of high workability without excessive retardation of set. It is suitable to use in high temperature & can be easily transported for long distances.<br />

Super Plasticizer FlowMaster Concrete can be used in all type of ready-mix and precast concrete where durable concrete with low water-cement ratio, high strength and low permeability is specified and in applications where high slump flowable concrete is required.</p>

Super Plasticizer FlowMaster Concrete dosage should be determined according to the job specific requirements. Dosage rate will vary depending on the temperature, type of cement, percentage of supplementary cementitious material, fineness of sand and water content. RXSOL recommends that trial mixes are performed in order to establish the required dosage and a regular process control tests should be conducted in order to adjust the admixture dosage.</p>

<strong>Note: Below dosage rate is given as per previous trials. Kindly conduct lab trials or site trials for accurate dosage.</strong><br />

In general practice Normally dispensed at a rate of 1.0-1.5 Liters per 100kg of cement. The dosage can further be enhanced to 3.5% depending on climatic situations.<em><span style="font-size: 14px"> In general practice RXSOL-67-6704-020 added to the concrete with gauging water. ( </span></em><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">It helps in reduction of water – cement ratio for the same slump. The required quantity of </span><em><span style="font-size: 14px;">RXSOL-67-6704-020</span></em><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"> is added to the concrete mix along with the water. )</span></p>

It may also be added separately to freshly mixed concrete<br />
It should be preferably added directly to water prior mixing to the wet aggregate<br />
However, actual site trials should be conducted for finding exact dosages.</p>

Super Plasticizer FlowMaster Concrete should not be mixed dry cement or dry aggregates.<br />

(An indicative example: With control slump of 50 mm collapsible slum can be achieved for 15-30 min, 1 hr/170mm, 2 hr/150 mm &3hr120 mm depending on temperature & humidity condition with admixture dosage of 1.0-1.5% of the wt. of cement). Dosage may be increased or decreased depending upon slump required, humidity conditions, temperature & mix design. The above example is just for indication<br />

NOTE :::--- <span style="font-size: 14px"><em>RXSOL-67-6704-020 can be added to the concrete mix near the end of mixing cycle in the concrete mixer and it can be also added on job-site by mixing at a higher speed and more revolutions in the truck.</em></span></p>

Super Plasticizer FlowMaster Concrete should be stored in dry and ventilated area at temperature above 0° C. If material is frozen please contact us. Shelf life is 1 year when stored in dry conditions between 10° C to 25° C in original unopened packages.<br />
